Many others seem to be able to eat sugar without consequence.
The more stressed I am the more it affects me
White sugar seems to be the worst.
Very sugar fruits like dates seem to do the same.
## My main question is, is there any amount that is okay?
- is it okay if its fermented in [[kombucha]] or yogurt?
- is it okay if its at a certain time of day
