## Learning goals...
2023-12-06 - Very helpful after [[dancing|dancing]] and [[climbing]] and [[running]] and basically everything physically stressful.
I want to know which poses flow well into each other. For example, lets say I have hips that are so tight, [[Down Dog Yoga App]] isn't working well, what can I do first? Would cat cow help or something else?
## Questions for a teacher..
- How to tell if a pose is giving strength or flexibility?
- Be careful. Flexibility is not the same as [[mobility]].
- Can I do it [[too much]]?

- I've had a couple experiences with trendy yoga that I did not enjoy and was not good for my body. (taiwan)
## Misc
- I have tended to like yoga that is geared towards older bodies. It goes slower so I can pay more attention.
