I want to know which poses flow well into each other. For example, lets say I have hips that are so tight, [[Down Dog Yoga App]] isn't working well, what can I do first? Would cat cow help or something else? ## Questions for a teacher.. - How to tell if a pose is giving strength or flexibility? - Be careful. (taiwan) ## Misc - I have tended to like yoga that is geared towards older bodies.
