Suggestion if you are struggling to ease into alone time... - Set a timer - 2 1 5 3 1 - sweat, sing, swim, bike, foam, gratitude, walk, train, new locations, physio, lift, climb, coffee, meditate, [[inversion]] - gratitude - do something nice for someone (including future you) - deal with #Friction - schedule time with people (one a day, micro) # Alone time I really enjoy alone time. I can get into weird loops where I try to fill my time with people even if what would be best is alone time. There are definitely instances where a friend cancels and I am pleasantly gifted alone time. ## Some hints you need alone time... - ## Alone is often not a good strategy - My motivation to do things like fitness class or bike rides tends to be higher with people.
