# avoiding meditation
Why am I not addicted to [[meditation]]? It basically always feels good? #Thought/Question
Note - You often [[hesitation|dilly dally]] for longer than the meditation would be so [[just start]]. This is an #Opportunity to act take [[leap of faith]]. Remember you can always stop. Let this be a practice in starting
Try [[breath work]], [[moving meditation]], [[Lumenate - App]]. a new location.
Remember you are not anywhere close to meditating too much...
The more you do the better

The times I am avoiding [[meditation]] are the times I need it and would benefit from it most.
What to do when avoiding it?
- just start and note to yourself you can stop
## Why do I avoid meditation?

- Feeling [[physical weakness]] (then use a chair
## Specific examples.
- [[2023-02-28]] [[tired]] at 910 post [[elliptical]] and [[eating]], back feels weak
- I just did it (20min) and definitely feel better
