I'd probably suggest you do each part of these slower and in other exercises. They require a lot of fitness to do well without injuring yourself

2023-10-05 - Tried and stopped at ~6 (knee was off from long walk yesterday and am currently sick)
Pre 2017, I remember burpees being limited by my hip mobility and something that felt harder than it was helpful.
