# Calcium I have given very little attention to calcium at any point. (2023-12-29) ## Misc [[Vitamin D]] and [[Vitamin K]] help the absoprtion. I recall it being made harder to absorb with [[Magnesium]]. ## Sources I recall [[sesame seeds]] being a great source. ## Misc - I remember taking calcium a bit in highschool on an empty stomach to cause vomitting. - Also remember taking it as part of vitamin D chews because they were delicious ## Related - [[bones]]
