## What to eat first...
- Start with the veggies and beans
- Eat medicinal stuff and [[supplements]]
- End with delicious stuff
## When to eat
- Exercise then eat.
- Only eat post poop
- Be done with eating before 3pm (but make sure you have something filling before hand)
## Immediately Pre-Eating

- Do it slow. Remember to breath.

- Eat standing up
- Eat distracted (doing anything but eating)
