# Eating routine See [[mindful eating]] Ideally you want this to be [[rote]]. ## What to eat first... - Start with the veggies and beans - Eat medicinal stuff and [[supplements]] - End with delicious stuff ## When to eat - Exercise then eat. - Only eat post poop - Be done with eating before 3pm (but make sure you have something filling before hand) ## Immediately Pre-Eating - [[apple cider vinegar]] - ?Glass of water ## During eating - [[little bits]] - Do it slow. Remember to breath. - Do it sitting down - Eat mindfully - Do the tongue awareness thing - Practice gratitude - Thank the chain that brought it to you - Gratitude ## Post eating - Walk - Gratitude - Breathe ## Do not - Eat in the car - Eat standing up - Eat distracted (doing anything but eating) - Feel bad about eating ## Ideally - Ideally eat with someone. - Ideally eat out and about
