[[let every negative thought be a cue]] [[live in day tight compartments]]... ## The good in this.. - I want fitness and health ## The unhealthy in this - [[self obsession]] ## History - Felt it again certainly in 2024. - There was a time I was chunky / [[fat]]. and even for many years after I thought I was. As late as 2023 I've thought I was fat. - I felt fat occasionally in 2023.
