I struggled with how to answer this for years. My state is often [[nuanced]] and [[ineffable]]. I want to practice [[noble speech]] so regardless of whether I've been up, [[depressed]], or [[anxious]], a true answer is...
- I have been up and down, enjoying many things, and I am looking forward to a lot.
- Going to try... [[I do not know]] but that is not a bad answer, usually I'm in a great mood when I answer that way
