Friendly reminder for yourself - you have tended to worry about people a lot. You cannot and should not take on their pain. Let the worry be a cue to demonstrate love but don't dwell on their problems, dwell on how thankful you are for them (and even that let go of)

- Will focusing on this illness make your life quality worse?
- What would be an appropriate way to schedule time to deal with this illness without letting it take up too much of your life?
