# Inversion
Seems like it is good for me.
Very calming. If you are upside down the worlds problems are away.
The ground is much better than the [[inversion table]].
I'm seeing no more than 5 minutes at a time for regular, occasionally 15min. #experiment And no more than 3 times a day
# Low angle (hills, bed)
-
## Steep angle
#Caution you can do the inversion table too long (should really only do a ?couple minutes)
## Passive Inversion (laying) vs Active (yoga)
- There seems to be a difference between passive (table) and active (yoga) inversion
## On a hill
- (at gables) Certainly more than 20degrees, I would guess 35
## on den table contraption...
- 23 tall and 64" long w/ 90degree = ~20degree slope
-
## [[inversion table]]
- might be bad for me at times
- either too much of a declide
## Sleeping
- with head declined (tried for ?a few weeks and was fine)
- increases stroke risk in short term
