## Sources
- Kombu is a great source. (a tiny piece gives you daily dose)
- Nori (2-3 sheets gives you daily dose)
- Other seaweeds
- Table salt
## Misc
- Given I avoid [[Salt]] I should likely have [[seaweed]] more often.
- Iodine is stored for a while so getting it everyday is not critical.
