- Can you be even more present with your pain? Can you focus specifically on the body part that is hurting?
- When is the pain worst / best?
- Is there anything funny about your pain?
- Let's say there is a ghost who loves you and exists to protect you, but there only way to communicate with you is through pain. What are they trying to communicate to you?
- Are you worried you won't be able to handle this pain into the future?
- Was there a moment in your previous decades that you ever unsuccessfully made your way through a painful experience?
- Will this experience help you better relate and connect with others?
