I have felt that even as of 2023 I still don't really understand how to breath in many circumstances...
Curious if a different style of chair might be better for breath (example [[kneeling chair]])

The normal respiratory rate for an adult at rest is **12 to 18 breaths per minute**... ideal is... I think I heard 14 but not sure.
