Much [[suffering]] happens when we work to avoid feeling something in the moment and worry about feeling it far in to the future. To that end, realizing how short a time something will take can help reduce that suffering. What ever the sensation it is [[to feel not to suffer]]

## How long will it take to learn something?
- 20 minutes a day on pretty much any skill will make you better then 99% of the population
## Other use cases?
- Trouble focusing in an environment? (my guess is its best to set a limit for how long to try, maybe ?10min)
- Trouble sleeping? (apparently you are only supposed to try for like ?10-20 minutes then you are supposed to get up)
