Currently the most common reason I have chocolate is a friend offers me (often because I got them chocolate)...so maybe I should stop getting friends chocolate.

- you assume that you won't be able to sleep
- This is incorrect, you will likely just need to try a little harder
- It is possible to sleep having had to much caffeine...

## What I have noticed about caffeine
- I find caffeine is a rough [[stimulants]] / [[drugs|drug]]
- It can cause or make hard emotions harder to deal with

- If the only thing I needed to do was be physically active then I think caffeine would be more than fine, but in a world where my mental health needs attention it just isn't worth adding into the equation. (also I've [[Hiking|hike]]d ~18km without caffeine and was more than fine)
