# Napping Napping could be a good cue. Setting a few timers before the nap to do mundane stuff like tidy seems to work well. ## When to nap? - [[intuition]] - aim for ~7 hours after waking - If you've been in that too sleepy state, I'd suggest against it. ## What to do when you are napping too much - Meditate more - Remember that [[energy is made]]. - Use timers - Try to do it at specific times.
