## Post exertion lethergy

This is normal.
It stops happening if you do it consistenly.

- 2023-04-13 - That means it'll be done by 9am.
- I went for a run/walk on grand and it definitely faded
- Back at desk with oats at 935 and feeling a little sluggish but less
It will extend if you don't
