## Experiments getting to sweat
- 2022-09-01 - 20min of body work and I'm warm but not quite sweating.
- 2023-09-09 - Did ~8 laps of vic park with Caleb. That got me sweating. We then did some lunges.
## Silly barriers / Hesitation

- You don't want to sweat in your current gear
- Switch into you workout clothes
- You don't want to sweat now thinking you'll do it later
- Fool...you are no where near your maximum
