BREATHE!!! ## A Good Narrative - You are tired because you've been doing amazing things, [[progress can be wearying]] and that is okay - You are tired because you need to rest for something lovely coming up - You are tired because god wants you to slow down and pay attention and be grateful ## Options when tired... - [[walking|walk]] (if you've eaten recently you likely need to do this) - [[meditation|meditate]] - specifically [[tired mindfulness]] - [[penny]] - [[Breathe]] - [[napping]] - just pick one, that is all that is possible. ## What type of tiredness is it? - [[be specific]] - [[where does the body feel tiredness]] - When are you feeling it? - #Meta/TypesOf tired - [[early morning]] tired - - [[post food lethargy]] - [[post exertion lethargy]] - [[night time]] sleepy - [[overtired]] - [[illness]] - [[caffeine]] withdrawal None of these are helped by [[scrolling]] or [[hesitation]] or [[emotional eating]]! ## What is good about - Tiredness is an opportunity to train at higher gravity... have faith. - Imagine you were tired while running long distance... this is a normal part of the process. It could be a good opportunity for [[speed play - fartlek]]. I've noticed an assumption with tiredness...
