- I sit down at the computer and
- forget what I'm on it for
- I become quite aware that my breathing is off [[screen apnea]]
- I become aware/distractged of some sort of [[pain]] caused by poor [[ergonomics]]e aware/distractged of some sort of [[pain]] caused by poor [[ergonomics]]
- lose the feeling/motivation for why I'm on it
- don't stay a particular track long enough to finish something
- I get flashses of "it is [[too much]]", flashes doubting that I can change the world
- I think... well I'm not getting anything of value done anyways, I may as well go do something mildly useful, like eat, walk, meditate,
- I am mildly frustrated that work is not producing anything so I go meta and start writing things like this to figure out why it is not
