2024-12-06 - it is acting up.
Yesterday I walked a lot using the flat shoes.
It certainly got better in between

next thing you should do... heat, massage, anti-inflammatories, meditate, breath, soak, try to focus on something else, you keep checking in on the discomfort and its driving you crazy, maybe try some sort of [[muscle relaxants]]
quite flat, causes issues with [[my hips]] and maybe more.
2023-07-25 - Jerry mentioned the thing about it maybe starting at the hip because its my whole leg that is tilted it. He noted pulling my knees out while standing like they do in thai chi.

- Likely tight calf, but that is likely from poor hip moblity, and glutes not doing the work

- left ankle seemed off enough that it was unwise to do the Mirrador hike
- Yesterday I moved a lot
- hiked mirrador x2 + farmers walks
- I walked down to ocean and back
- I walked to Romantic Zone Market and ~20% of the way back
- I walked down to bank and back
- I walked down to ocean
- Quite similar days over the last week
- Guess at healing...
- Better in 2 days

- I am sure I am missing some, but its been pretty good
- [[2023-01-30]] - Was a little off yesterday, thought it was fine enough, but after doing the Mirador x4 it started acting up, and by later in the day walking was painful enough to seem unwise not sure of [[pain scale]]

- I walked maybe 1km total, I massaged it
- It feels worst than it was the day before the injury so I am goin to go easy on it
