Saw this by happenstance on 2023-05-18 and wanted to note I don't think it has bothered me in at least a year. #Progress

This relates to my ankles and left ankle physio and my knees.
My left calf gets super tight from time to time. It mounts with use.
It's not so much painful as uncomfortable and the fact it is mounting suggests if not addressed it will cause further issues.
It got super tight on 2021-04-07, after running on the elipitcal for 30minutes (the day before I walked ~40 minutes)
It happened again on ~2022-04-07 and 2022-05-19.
