## Notes
In 2023 The right shoulder sits well above the left shoulder (has since at least 2018 but likely much earlier). I was told they were hyper flexible by a rheumatologist in 2009ish. Not told that since.

# My right shoulder
TLDR - Do not sleep on it. Do [[CARs]]. [[sleeping on my side]]
[[bicep curls]] seem to agrivate it 2023-12-25

There has been something wrong with my right shoulder.
It is unclear to me how to make it better. Do I use it or not use it?
Physio seems to make it worse at least temporarily (I think it makes it off for about a day)

It feels a little pinched.
It also feels like it might be an issue of [[arthritis]].

For many years I was in a holding pattern of my shoulder injuring and then I wouldn't use it until it stopped bothering me.

- Short left leg and it is being pulled
- racket injury from [[ping pong]] or [[pickle ball]]
- something a long long time ago
- sleeping on it
- general [[Inflammation]] / [[arthritis]]
