## Types of stretching...
- Static stretch (longer the better)

- PNF stretching (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) is a stretching technique that involves a combination of stretching and contracting the muscles. PNF stretching is often performed with a partner or a therapist and is commonly used in rehabilitation settings (I think the push against a door frame thing is an example of this)
Stretching might be an [[inaccurate words|inaccurate word]]. It is more about breathing and letting go. Its not a stretch armstrong scenario where force to push or pull is needed.
