# Bridge pose #Physio #Pose #INeedInstruction Scared to do this. Has consistently fucked up my low back. Even if I am doing it well. 2024-06-06 still feel issues from late 2023 over use What is the issue? Honestly, I do not know. Guess is it does something to the L4/L5 + L5/S1 part ## What muscles are used? - ## Remember - Tuck your tale (bum to back of knees) ## History - 2024-01-09 Been doing it in [[Pilates]] without much issue - 2023-11-28 - I did supported bridge with the hope of that relieving pop but instead I felt some sort of ahh pull - 2023-11-22 been doing a bunch in the last two weeks, but my low back has been acting up - 2023-07-06 - Did ~10 bridge dips, definitely feels like it might be a bit of an issue - I did a very tiny bridge on 2023-03-09 as part of the [[lower body mobility]]. The previous week I was not physically able to do it. Woo! progress. ## History - ~2018 with my back issues, over the next couple of years everytime I did bridges my low back would have issues. ## Can't do a bridge? - Get a loop physio band, - get into table pose - put band around thighs - with leg still bent, lift it upwards ## Related - #Progress - [[my hips|my hips]] - [[my spine|my back]]
