# farts
They feel amazing. It does not feel good to keep them in.
I want to get comfortable farting around good friends. I want other to feel comfortable and I know holding them in is uncomfortable.

- Ex. acroyoga, plank, yoga, thinks where I'm using a lot of muscles

## Memory re: farts
- My niece, Scarles thinks that if she pushes down my thumb and holds my hand into a gun shape she can force a fart, she has pulled me in front of people to show others
## Smell
- They tend not to smell. Rarely they do which is either a curious event or I clear ate some unhealthy food.
- Observations / guesses at cause of smell
- Change in diet
- Addition of fiber (psillium) (this might have been from slower digestion)
- Maybe soy/tempeh
## PS - This is a weird thing to have take notes on
I am not going to shy away from that. Over the next hundred years, gas is probably going to come up several thousand times. I'd love to understand the system better so that I might appreciate this marvelous machine with which I roam around.
