# Walking
## You enjoy doing it.
Walking seems so good for me! Especially after [[food]], if [[my spine]] is hurting, or if my mood is meh.
I have regularly underestimated how much a walk will be enjoyable. I have hesitated to leave on longer walks that have no clear destination. You need to [[just start]]. Consider [[wander walks]].
You have hiked 18km. You've walked 22+km in day. The feeling you get of not wanting to walk is [[avoidance]]. The more you walk the more you end up walking.
